We are perceived as the leading independent asset manager in Switzerland. What is the current supervisory framework? Since June 2023, we have been licensed by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority ([FINMA](https://www.finma.ch/en/ "FINMA")) as asset manager for collective assets (Art. 24 FINIG).
In the event of differences of opinion with our company, our clients have the option of requesting mediation proceedings with our [ombudsman SCAI](https://www.swissarbitration.org/centre/ombuds-fin/ "Ombudsman").
